About the event
The mission of Tennis for Life is to impact the lives of children by providing programs that introduce life enhancing skills, build self-confidence and promote healthy choices through the game of tennis.
All funds raised at the event go to benefit the 3rd grade backpack project and youth tennis programs that benefit more than 700 youth in our community each. You can help us expand the backpack project to every 3rd grade class in Lincoln County — an incredible opportunity for local schools, specifically 3rd grade classes, to participate in tennis at the CLC YMCA and receive free classes. At the end of their fourth free tennis class, the CLC YMCA sends each child home with backpacks containing a tennis racquet, balls, a net, an art kit, and a certificate for one free session of youth tennis.
