Boxing for Parkinson's

Improve your functional movement and overall quality of life. Research shows that exercise is an important component in the management of Parkinson’s Disease.

Enhance®Fitness

In this 16-week fitness program, you’ll be guided by an instructor through strength and cardio exercises that will help you prevent falls and manage arthritis.

Stay Strong

Continue to reclaim your physical health and well-being after surviving cancer and graduating LIVESTRONG at the Y. You and your fellow alumni will join LIVESTRONG coaches for weekly small group meetings and workouts.

Diabetes Prevention Program

In this 12-month, group-based program, you‘ll be guided by a coach to achieve lifestyle modifications to improve your health and prevent diabetes.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

In this 12-week physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their health, you’ll work toward regaining your physical, emotional, and spiritual strength.

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

In this 4-month program, you’ll receive personalized support from a coach to develop healthier habits and work toward reducing your blood pressure.

Healthy Weight and Your Child

Learn healthy lifestyle habits through improved food choices, regular physical activity and behavior change in this 16-week program for you and your child.
