State of the Art Wellness Center

Our newly renovated YMCA includes a elevated walking track, state of the art fitness center, gymnasium, tennis courts, pickleball court, multi use spaces and exercise studios, outdoor garden and FARMS at the Y kitchen.

FREE Wellness Consultation with a Personal Trainer

Work one on one with an expert from our health and wellness department to learn more about our fitness center, start setting your health goals and ask questions about what the Y has to offer.

Over 45 group exercise classes to choose from weekly

Join our fitness instructors for a wide variety of classes including pilates, yoga, HIIT, Barre, and weight lifting to name a few!

Nationwide Membership

Nationwide membership ensures that YMCA’s are all-inclusive and enables members to use the Y as often as possible, increasing the value of your Y membership. We offer this because we want to help members reach their health and wellness goals wherever they live, work, or travel.

Onsite child care while you work out

Available in 2-hour increments for kids ages 6 weeks to age 12 (parents must remain in the building the entire time). The program is an unstructured, basic baby sitting service.

CHILD WATCH

Due to COVID 19 and Maine CDC Reopening Guidelines, Child Watch is by reservation. Call 563-9622 to reserve your space.

Available in 1-hour increments by reservation for kids ages 6 weeks to age 12 (parents must remain in the building the entire time). The program is an unstructured, basic baby sitting service. 

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the maximum number of children allowed at any given time in the day. The CLC YMCA reserves the right to limit the number of children under their care. 

Hours:

Tuesday 9-10am and 10-11am

Thursdays 9-10am and 10-11am
