12 Week Fitness Challenge's 2nd Week Weigh-in shows 28 participants collectively lost a whopping

The Y would like to congratulate the participants of the 12 Week Fitness Challenge for losing a whopping 97lbs combined on the 2nd weekly weigh in! Donna Strawser, for the second week in a row has won for the most points collected! All of the participants receive points when they check into the Y, take a class, attend the weekly meetings, bring a friend to class, post a healthy meal on the group facebook page and more! Donna's response to winning "Thanks so much! A gift certificate to Rising Tide is a perfect prize!. I had so much fun collecting those points! Thanks to my sister, daughter and grandsons for attending classes with me so I could win!" This week the group will enjoy a cooking class at the Farms Community Kitchen where they will learn to prepare a healthy meal using locally sourced, plant based ingredients.with the FARMS Community Kitchen, Youth Program Director, Karen Kleinkopf.
