The CLC YMCA is overwhelmed with the support that comes from the annual "Send a Kid to Camp" Fundraiser. This event hosted annually on the business day before July 4th at Stackhouse Landscaping and raises money to ensure that every child is able to attend summer camp!

About the event
The CLC YMCA is overwhelmed with the support that comes from the annual "Send a Kid to Camp" Fundraiser. This event hosted annually on the business day before July 4th at Stackhouse Landscaping and raises money to ensure that every child is able to attend summer camp! Hosted by Dave and Amy Stackhouse, the 2018 event raised over $37,800!!! 50% of the proceeds went to summer camp scholarships for the summer of 2019, and 50% went to the Loren St. Cyr Endowment Summer Camp Fund at the CLC YMCA, which will continue to send kids to camp for years to come with or without fundraising! This fundraiser hosts more than 250 people each year, with the cutest blueberry pie eating contest, the annual hot dog eating contest, and an auction with many wonderful items donated by members of the community.
