The YMCA has invited its 2,200 members and opens up the event to the entire community which also includes program participants, volunteers, key stakeholders, donors and community partners.
The purpose of this meeting is to - in a social setting - recognize community volunteers, staff for their years of service, introduce incoming board members, recognize outgoing board members, share a YMCA program highlight-this year Y ARTS, introduce the upcoming Annual Fund Chairs and speak to the highlights of the past year in a Y address.
In addition, a Y Annual Report will be available for all attendees which includes financial information, list of donors, highlights of mission driven programs and a CEO/CVO letter with an overview of the year. This annual report also serves as a piece of historical data for the organization and will be on the YMCA website along with their 990 and audited financial statement for anyone who would like to see it.
Tickets are $12 and available online at clcymca.org or at the Y front desk. The fee offsets the caterer and the non profit rate to rent the Lincoln Theater. Hope you will join us!!!
