Whether you're in shape and want to stay that way or out of shape and ready to move toward a healthier lifestyle, the YMCA has a program and a place for you!  The YMCA approaches health and wellness as mission work to build healthier people and stronger communities.  Getting people more active is our main goal.  You can choose from individual workouts on our cardiovascular equipment, Nautilus, strength training equipment. . . or take a class and have fun with a group of friends.

Our staff and volunteers provide more than just exercise programs.  They have dedicated themselves to assist and encourage individuals to discover and maintain their full potential physically, mentally and spiritually, by providing complete wellness education, resources, equipment and professional guidance.  Whatever your interest. . . the Y is here to support you every step of the way.
