SUMMER DAY CAMP ACTIVITIES

Welcome to Camp!

(Week 1, 6/23-6/27)

Come learn the skills needed to set up camp!  Each group will make their own camp site, from making a lean to shelter, to camp fire, to s' mores!  And that's not all we will embark on an adventurous hike and of course don't forget beach day at Damariscotta Lake State Park.

Young Einstein's Lab!

(Week 2, 6/30-7/3)

Grab your lab coats because this week is filled with awesome hands on science fun!  We'll visit with the Mad Science Lab of Maine for some spectacular science fun!  You will test out some Gravi Goo, Boo Bubbles and Clear Speresand and much, much more!  Let's not forget the 4th of July and have some fire cracking fun with our 4th of July Bash.  Join us for Beach Day at Pemaquid Point!

Creature Feature!

(Week 3, 7/7-7/11)

Radical Reptiles is what you get as you get a close up look at the cool animals from a reptile specialists.  Then it's a trip to Dew Animal Farm for close up and personal experience with wild, domestic and exotic animals!  You will do lots of fun animal activities like animal tracks, animal stamps don't forget beach day at Lake St. George State Park.

Mission Impossible!

(Week 4, 7/14-7/18)

The mission has begun!  Sneaking, searching, crazy codes and camouflage is all around.  The mission..... if you choose to accept....... will be?  Come find out if you can complete the challenging missions from ropes courses to secret codes to crossing the alligator pit!  As always Beach Day at Reid State Park!

My Back Yard!

(Week 5, 7/21-7/25)

Create a back yard animal, insect or bird habitat!  Take a trip to Macworth Island and Audubon Society discover fairy houses and birds plus you will build your very own bird house!  Beach Day at Lake Auburn.

Splash Attach

(Week 6, 7/28-8/1)

Get ready for some wild, wacky and WET fun!  Slip and slide as you head down these cool water slides at Seacoast Fun Park.  Play Splish, Splish, Splash, water balloon toss, water tube relay and many more!  Come spend beach day at Popham Beach.

Space Station

(Week 7, 8/4-8/8)

Ever wanted to visit space?  This week we will learn what it's like to be in space.  Try some real space food, experience moon waling, build your own space ship and visit the Challenger Learning Center!  Chickawaki Beach here we come!

Just Horsing Around

(Week 8, 8/11-8/15)

This week is filled with lots of just plain fun!  You will get a chance to go horseback riding, show off your acting skills in a variety show and much, much more!  Come explore at Winslow Park on beach day.

(Week 9, 8/18-8/22)

This week is filled with wacky zany activities as we finish off the summer and head back to school!  Funtown USA Here We Come!  And as always join us for our Last DAy Bash with our famous waterslide cookout and slide show!!!  Beach Day at Lake St. George State Park.
