Welcome to the first YMCA Home Show. The show is now completely sold out. Please keep tabs on our web site as this will have the latest updated information. The floor map has changed slightly so please review your location.

All our advertising has gone out. There will be ads for the show in the following papers: Portland Press, Times Record, Lincoln County News, Village Soup, Capital Weekly, Boothbay, Wiscasset and a couple of other papers. We have TV, radio and a newspaper insert as well. Posters have been made and they have been mailed to your attention. We need you help in advertising this show. Send out your newsletter, facebook and anything else you can do. This is your show.

Below are some answers to questions that have come up.

¨ Yes, every booth will access to electricity
¨ Yes, tables can be provided
¨ No, the YMCA will not provided table skirts
¨ Regular booth sizes are approximately 10’ x 10’
¨ The booths will have a 8’ high back wall and a 3’ high side wall
¨ Center court and sponsor sizes are different
¨ Yes, you can sell from your booth
¨ Yes, we have more posters – stop by or call to get more (poster is on web site as well)

Some big things to remember about the show
¨ The YMCA has limited parking. Vendors will not be permitted to leave their vehicles on our lot.
¨ A separate lot and shuttle service will be provided
¨ Landscapers, sheds, homes will be permitted to set up on Thursday (by permission only)
¨ Other vendors can start to bring things in at 1pm on Friday (we still may be setting up pipe and drape)
¨ All set up must be completed by Friday at 8pm
¨ All of your own trash must be picked up - don’t leave anything at the Y
¨ All vendors must stay to the end of the show on Sunday – if you break down early you will not be invited back

Finally, this show is a fundraiser for the YMCA. Proceeds from the show will be used for scholarships to send children to summer camp. Thanks for helping this happen.
