3^rd Annual Home and Garden Show

Welcome to the Third Annual YMCA Home and Garden Show. Please keep tabs on our web site as this will have the latest updated information. The floor map has changed slightly so please review your location.

We will keep you posted on our advertising efforts which will include Radio, Show Program, Posters, Website, Flyers, etc. Posters for this years show have already been mailed out, let us know if you need more. Please help advertise this show through your newsletter, facebook and store. This is your show.

Below are some answers to questions that have come up.
¨Every booth will access to electricity
¨There will be internet access
¨You can sell product or services from your booth
¨Tables are provided - tables are 8’ x 2 ½’
¨You must provided your own table cloth or table skirt
¨Regular booth sizes are approximately 10' wide x 8’ deep
¨Regular booths will have a 8’ high back wall and a 3’ high side wall
¨Double and sponsor booths are 16’ wide and 10’ deep

Some big things to remember about the show
¨The YMCA has limited parking. Vendors will not be permitted to leave their vehicles on our lot.
¨A separate lot and shuttle service will be provided
¨All of your own trash must be picked up - don’t leave anything at the Y
¨All vendors must stay to the end of the show on Sunday - if you break down early you will not be invited back

Set up information
¨Anything big, bulky, or heavy (and any landscaper with tractors) must be brought in before 12 noon on Friday
¨Set up can begin as early as 5am on Friday and continues until 8pm on Friday.
¨The pipe and drape will be set up by 12 noon on Friday
¨ Vendors can continue with set up at 7am on Saturday.
¨Set up must be complete by 9am on Saturday and all vendors’ cars must be moved to the vendor parking area

Finally, this show is a fundraiser for the YMCA. Proceeds from the show will be used for scholarships to send children to summer camp. Thanks for helping this happen.
